those OTC do not work--they only mask the true problem. Snoring is frequently associated with sleep apnea. See a doc, get a sleep study.

Breathe Right strips (sold at Walmart, Target,) Also the snorer should sleep on 2 pillows to elevate the head

My daughter suffered alot from snoring. It caused her to have sleep apnea. As it turned out she had really large tonsils & adnoids. After her surgery she doesn't snore at all. I don't know if this helps any but good luck.

Yes, you can use breath rights, they are little strips that look like butterfly bandaids. you put them on your nose and it helps with snoring. Hope this helps!
