mouth guards that go in your mouth, but if you have TMJ you can't use them. (that is a jaw thing)
there are sprays. i used one a long time ago and it worked fairly well. i still snored but it was very light. it was just oils, like peppermint oil, Cotton seed oil, that kind of thing.
then there is surgery. that is more successfully. the remove the little dangely thing in the back of your throat. and if you have a deviated septum, they fix that too.

see a sleep specialist who can save your life -snoring is a symptom of a much larger problem.
