Question by dynomite_1998: Why is that I have to use nasal strips to stop snoring at night?
I have nasal congestion. Is there any way I can get rid of it. That also affects me during the day.

They open up your nose and you can breath better. The elastic strips pull the sides of your nose outward, allowing more air to go through your nose. That helps you to stop snoring.

My boyfriend recently started snoring a lot. It seems like it only happened when he sleeps on his back, but its getting to the point to where he keeps me up at night. I'm wondering what causes snoring. I would also like to know if anyone has any home remedies that might reduce it (and if you don't, just let me know what medications, nose strips, etc worked for you).

I just laughed out loud because I have the same problem with my boyfriend. He snores so loud it wakes me up! And it's only when he's lying on his back with his mouth open. I'm not really sure what causes the snoring unfortunately but google it!

I could not sleep last night I had my husband snoring up a storm next to me and Max in the floor snoring like there's no tomorrow. I know i can fix my hubby by putting a pillow over his face... ;) but how do I help Max to not snore so much?

Ha, It's worse sometimes than others..I could have sworn it was my fiance snoring the other night but it was her! Usually if I poke her she'll stop for a little bit.

My sis is 19 and I'm 17. We share a room. I can never sleep because of her. What can she do? It's weird because she just started snoring this week.
She does not have any allergies
I have 3sisters. This sister is very thin she weighs 104
Breath right strips do not work for her.
If I put a clip on her nose she will beat me. lol j/k but she would think I'm trying to kill her.

Have her sleep on her side. Get her to lose some weight as well - honestly this will help.
