  2. there is a mouth piece similar to a mouth guard that you can use, you can lose weight if you are obese, you can try sprays and nose strips or you can get surgery to fix the problem. Talk to your doctor.

    Stick an African Guppy up your nose. The sticky liquid they let out of there skin will clog your nose and stop the snoring.Good luck =)

    eat 3 uncooked popcorn's before you sleep. and also rub hot toothpaste on your neck.

  9. Try to sleep in a position that does not allow your chin to point downward, towards your neck. Snoring is caused by an obstruction of your airway and so what you need to do is keep your chin either up or straight. They also have these mouthgaurds that help with snoring because sometimes snoring is caused by the tongue falling too far back into your mouth. I would suggest seeing a physician if it is too bad or if these two things do not help you. Sleep apnea is caused by snoring and if left untreated can become a serious issue.

  11. Try sleeping on your back or your side to regulate your breathing, my mom use to snore SO LOUD! but now that she sleeps on her back she hardly ever does. it also works for my sister....i have no idea if i snore...
