If you can't fall asleep, scream into his ear as loud as your can. When he wakes up, apologize and say you were having a nightmare about a grunting hog getting into your bed. Eventually, he will go sleep on the couch.

  2. well, you can sleep somewhere else when that happens. you do not have to sleep there if you can not. you have to make a choice. either you accept that your boyfriend snores (which is just fine) and put up with his snores and learn how to fall asleep during his snoring OR you leave honey.

There is another way also. You could take drugs and wear earplugs but do not force your boyfriend to wear strips because if I was that boyfriend I would put those around your ears and make you sleep some place else and snore my butt off.

  4. He has sleep Apnea, it's a sleep disorder and it causes many health issued down the road. With many they are over weight or very close to it, not saying he is fat but if he was to lose some weight it may help. There is surgery that helps which it only helps for a short time and if they gains more weight it will be back(been there done that) the other thing can be go to a sleep clinic. They will have him sleep with lots of wires and then with it a few days to a few weeks he returns and then wears a mask, along with wires. They compare this and more than likely he then will have to have the CPAP machine. It is a small device sort of like a vaporizer which then forces air into the person while they sleep. It works great and not only you but he can then get a good nights sleep.

Forget about the screaming in his ear of putting a tennis ball in the middle of his back. Sleep Apnea can be very dangerous. The person ends up not breathing for short periods of time, as they get older they don't restart which they then pass away. If he is tired through out the day then he is not resting very well. I used to be like that a lot, I can't begin to go into the myriad of health problems a person will have. IF you have heard of SIDS something children get, well for a lack of anything better it is sort of the same thing but more in the adult side of it.
