Lately, I've been snoring a lot and it's real aggravating to the wife. Do you guys have any good information or tips to stop my snoring, before she puts a pillow over my face and kill’s me?

Breathe Right strips (sold at Walmart, Target,) Also the snorer should sleep on 2 pillows to elevate the head

This is not an answer to your question but I know a guy with a tattoo of that joker from that card that is your avator....crazy. He actually got it from that card.
ReplyDeletehi
ReplyDeleteplz don't sleep on ur back instead sleep turning to right or left or keep ur head a bit up like using 2 pillows
it really works
good luck ;)
if she is creative enough she will get a stun gun before smothering you, and it only takes a few rude awakenings (at the level of 12,000 volt's) before the body conditions itself to keep from relaxing the mussels that allow the snoring
ReplyDeleteunfortunatly i have the same problem, my girlfriend and i sleep together all the time and she thinks its insane how loud i snore.
ReplyDeletebut ... there was one thing that i did once that worked but i havent done it since.
i suppose its prolly from how you breathe when your asleep.
sometimes i drink sumthing hot to melt the mucus in my throught and my girlfriend said that that helped. also
i try to fall asleep on my stomach or with my mouth closed
trust me , if you can master sleeping with your mouth closed all night it will help alot because your mouth is practically an acoustic system when it comes to snoring and it makes it even louder.
1) Breathe Right strips (or even a band-aid) across the nose.
ReplyDelete2) A mouth guard - ask your pharmacist or dentist
3) Lose weight - it's the only long term method
4) Ear plugs for the wife
5) Surgical correction - ask your doctor.
Good Luck!
my mom snores like a train whistle. She had to sleep in my room because our basement flooded. I dreamed a bear was chasing me and then I woke up and notice it was my mom's snoring that woke me up. .
ReplyDeleteStay awake? ;)
ReplyDeleteLOL....we have the same problem as well. Breathe Right strips work great. Plus, we make sure that we "clean out the upstairs" real good before hittin the hay...if you know what I mean (I blow so hard, I honk....LOL). Keep a humidifier in your room to keep moisture in the air and don't sleep on your back. We sleep almost on our sides hugging a body pillow (down filled are the best).
ReplyDeleteHope that helps. If not, you may want to see an ENT specialist and see what options you have there.
