Hi guys,
I am snoring loudly since my childhood. Soon I need to share a room with some other guys. I really need a home remedy to stop the noise. I read in BBC news about taping the lips together. Any idea about it?

You might try 'Breathe-Right Nasal Strips' first. They help open up the nasal passage which, in some cases, can reduce snoring. I don't know what type of tape you were considering but the thought of ripping it off the face every morning doesn't sound too appealing to me.
