Even though he is lying on his side he still snores. When he snores it is so loud that we cannot sleep anymore.

Entrachaete him with the barrel of a ball-point pen. Tape up any offending mouth or nostril, should he reflexively try'n suck air there.
You may get a high pitched sort of whistle, though.

I never understood why losing weight would make snoring easier, but now, I rarely hear my wife complain anymore. Therefore it must have gotten a lot better.

I have bojfrend Fatmir he snore olways than i give Fatmir sock in his mouth and he not snore but when Fatmir wake morning he cry, Mari, what you put in my mouth? Get away this fuking sok!!!
ReplyDeleteIf he drinks alcohol or has sinus problems that may be the culprit. Ask him not to drink or clear up any sinus infections and see if that helps.

ReplyDeletemy dad had it and kept insisting he didn't snore- but about two years ago it got so bad that he would stop breathing when he was sleeping. he uses this machine now that keeps his air ways open now via a mask and steam.
