  1. If you are overweight you will breath loudly, and should find some kind of diet for you, as for snoring try laying on your stomach for awhile and see if that work, also if you smoke you need to stop, your lungs are telling you to stop PLEASE!!!!!

  2. one of the most effective way of stopping that loud snoring is to buy an anti-snore device..you can try the SnoreZip anti snore device which is really effective because my husband uses it..

its so easy to use..just spray it before going to sleep and you will instantly notice reduced snoring or snoring at all..also, there are no side effects, that's why my husband likes it.. :)

  4. Nonprescription nasal drops. These solutions work by opening up airflow in the nasal passage. Many people find these ineffective because they aren’t strong enough. A solution like Afrin is more potent, but you should not use it more than a few days in a row. Otherwise it becomes ineffective and you can become addicted to it.

Nasal Sprays. The goal of these is to lubricate throat tissue to reduce vibration. These usually aren’t going to make a significant difference, but they can help some people that snore through their mouths.
