  1. My moms friend bought her dad a pillow that is supposed to stop snoring if you sleep on it the right way. I dont know where she found it. It was around one hundred $ $ $ $ . Beware. You cant return it if you dont like it.

  2. Chronic snoring is a sign of sleep apnea, a serious medical condition. You need to see a doctor. The oTC products that other posters recommend only mask the true problem.

  3. Most of the time, sleeping on your side gets rid of your snoring... assuming you are a mild to moderate snorer.

However, you might want to identify what type of snorer you are:

    The Nasal Kind:
    Nasal Strips would help

    The Throat Snorer:
Throat Sprays help in this case

    The Mouth Breathing Kind:
This kind of snoring happens because your uvula vibrates when your muscles relax and your mouth is opened.

One simple way is to buy a mouthpiece that protrudes your lower jaw forward so that you don't snore when you sleeping.

If these solutions don't work, you may want to explore further into the issue. Obstructive Sleep Apnea is the dreaded one. It causes a lot of complications.
