  1. there are mechanical devices to put into your mouth when you sleep. Medicines are not effective, in my experience.

  3. You don't need medicine. You just need breath right Flexible, "spring-like" bands gently lift open nasal passages so you can breathe through your nose and close your mouth, reducing snoring.

And it doesn't affect his asthma. Buying medicine is most likely to affect his asthma. But If you go to the pharmacy they will recommend this.

  4. I use these for my snoring. They really help open your nasal passage so you can sleep with your mouth closed and my sleep is more restful.

  5. Well, in most cases asthma is what causes the snoring, that or throat infections, but if you really want to try something go with Asonor snoring treatment. It's a nasal inhaler that shouldn't affect asthma.

  6. An easy thing is go to the pharmacy and buy a snore plaster and put over the bridge of the nose when he is sleeping and it will work. It is better than taking medicine. If he is fat make him lose weight.
