there are mechanical devices to put into your mouth when you sleep. Medicines are not effective, in my experience.

Well, in most cases asthma is what causes the snoring, that or throat infections, but if you really want to try something go with Asonor snoring treatment. It's a nasal inhaler that shouldn't affect asthma.
ReplyDeleteAn easy thing is go to the pharmacy and buy a snore plaster and put over the bridge of the nose when he is sleeping and it will work. It is better than taking medicine. If he is fat make him lose weight.
