My husband and I are constatntly fighting in the middle of the night because of this.. How annoying.. Smother him with a pillow? Tell him to sleep on his side not on his back?
Give your answer to this question below!
time to visit the doctor
ReplyDeleteGo diarrhea in his mouth
ReplyDeleteJK
plug his nose at night
Probably has sleep apnea..needs to go to MD (pulmonologist)
ReplyDelete& get referral for sleep study....get C-Pap machine.
Sew a tennis ball to back of neck of tee shirt, will make him turn over to his side.
Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He may have a medical problem like sleep apnea, or a deviated septum. In the meantime, I used to just pull the pillow out from under his head to make it stop until I could fall asleep! Good luck.
ReplyDeleteGo to Dr. or get some ear plugs. Good luck sister i have the same problem with my wife . Maybe we should swap and then we could all sleep.
ReplyDeleteWell, the question is: is your husband willing to get rid of this?
ReplyDeletethe key to stop snoring is to find out about its causes and risk factors.
ofcourse there are medical causes, however i don't think your husband suffer from any of these.
other causes and risk factors include:
* Overeating and/or Lack of Exercise
* Alcohol and Sleeping Pills
* Smoking
* Sleeping Position
* Allergy
* Nasal Stuffiness
* Mouth Breather
* Small or Collapsing Nostrils
* Tongue Base Snorer
* Multifactoral Snoring
Cure:
depending on the cause there is a number of ways to stop snoring. these includes;
1- Mechanical such as:Nasal Strips & Dilators, Mandibular Advancement Devices, Mouth Breathing Devices.
2- Surgical;
3- Natural (what I reccommend) and this by first leading a healthy life style, excercising, quit smoking....etc
and second there are specific excercises that can hel strengthening the Jaw muscles. I would reccomend you read this ebook to find out more:
http://www.productsupplycenter.com/web247/
and the final resort would be for you to use ear plugs, which can be found easily in local stores or on the internet.
I hope this would help, and good luck
