Can somebody tell how not to snore?

Get ear plugs.....thats what I do!
Maybe get her a Dr. appointment, there might be something wrong with her causing her to snore. Also buy some of the nose strips there suppose to help people not to snore....but them for her and ask her to try them.

pinch her nose. it wont solve the problem, but its good mean fun.
ReplyDeletePay attention to her snoring. If she is stopping her breathing while she is snoring (snoring then silence followed by a gasp and more snoring) she may have sleep apnea, which is a serious medical treatment that needs to be treated. If she is simply snoring, try the breathe right nasal strips or rolling her on her side.

ReplyDelete1. Does she sleep on her back? I recall from what my elders have told me and from personal experiences that if you're snoring, then more than likely, it's because you're lying on your back.
2. Now, I've heard also that some people snore relentlessly no matter what, but also recall seeing a tv advertisement appealing to such peeps. They where selling a special ring that you can wear on your baby finger that uses acupressure to control your breathing, it was literally called something like the anti-snore ring, do a g00gle on it, you might get one cheap on one of those popular auction sites :)
I think at worst you may be left with some deep breathing down your neck but hey, better her than you buddy right?! :D
