My husband and son snore. What even disturbs me is my little son (6). I want to stop him from snoring.

i belive if they dont blow their nose the snot gets stuck and air can barley pass through making a snore.

well.. i heard that if you don't lie down flat.. you won't snore.. and there's also a pill that will stop the snoring...
ReplyDeleteI believe it goes back to the days of when men had to hunter for food. While they slept, they snore to mimic vicious animals growling as to deter other animals from coming near them. Just imagine 4 or 5 of these guys all snoring loudly out in some open plains... if you were a lion you wouldn't want to come near them. :-)
ReplyDeleteYou can stop them from snoring but it will take time. They need practice and possibly medical help.
Snoring is normal but it is very annoying unless you snore too then it's a symphony. :-)
